Nestled along the upper Gallatin River amidst breathtaking mountain scenery, Cinnamon Lodge and Events offers an idyllic setting for your special wedding day!!
Venue Details
Capacity: The main lodge comfortably seats 100 guests across its dining room, saloon area and spacious deck for a sit-down dinner. Buffet-style service allows for more flexible seating arrangements and can often accommodate up to 125 - 150 guests comfortably.
Tables and Chairs: Includes six large round tables, eight 8-foot rectangular tables and 100 folding chairs. The saloon area features an impressive wooden bar, four tall tables and 24 bar stools.
Dinnerware: Options include 128 red plastic buffet plates, 100 Fiestaware dinner plates, 45 XL Fiestaware platers, 45 glass salad plates
Glassware: Provided are several 16 oz. pint glasses and 10 oz. highball glasses
Audio Equipment: Features a large JBL speaker on wheels, two cordless microphones and one microphone stand.
Bar Facilities: Includes 4 keg taps (bring your own handles to match the beer ordered), ice bin, 3 sinks, beer/soda cooler and shelves for bottles.
Commercial Kitchen: Equipment includes a large ice machine, propane grill, a large flat top, six burner stove, two ovens, a large convection oven, a two basket fryer, microwave, blender, robo coupe, several sinks, counters and a commercial dishwasher. There is also a variety of pots, pans, cast iron skillets, mixing bowls, spatulas, wisks, spoons, tongs and serving trays. For setting up buffets, there are 8 chaffing set ups and sternos too.
Outdoor Amenities: An iron arbor riverside and an expansive lawn provide a magical spot for ceremonies and celebrations overlooking the Gallatin River.
Booking Details
Rental: $5,000. from Thursday 2pm to Sunday 2pm
Deposit: A non-refundable $500. deposit secures your date with the remainder due 30 days prior to the wedding date.
